• Lake Elsie Wedding Barn accommodates up to 325 guests.

• Use of Lake Elsie Wedding Barn and the Lady on the Lake Bed and Breakfast for wedding and engagement pictures.

• 2 (two) consulting appointments with wedding day coordinator.

• Unlimited phone, text and email consultations.

• Staff will always be on-site on wedding weekend.

• Climate controlled barn with Air Conditioning and heat.

• Handicap Accessible ramp and chairlift to hayloft.

• Golf cart to transport for special needs.

• Safe Ride Bus service is an option for additional cost.

• Fully stocked bar both on upper and lower levels of the Venue.

• No bar minimums, but bar service is required.

• Security Personnel will be required for the dance, additional cost.  2020 pricing will be $30.00 per hour. Subject to change.

• Fully equipped kitchen for caterer or for private use. 

• Free WIFI.

• Portable sound system (Bluetooth compatible) with microphone.

• Soaring arched ceiling in hayloft with elegant chandeliers.

• Tulle draped ceilings with soft café lighting on both hayloft and lower level.

• Built in stage in hayloft:

  • Four 110 volt and one 220 volt electrical outlets.

  • Dimensions are 11 foot by 11 foot square with a 9 inch step up dance floor.

• White rectangular and round tables with chairs.

  • Ivory fabric tablecloths for both rectangular and round tables.

  • Centerpiece decorations are available. See Decorations tab.

  • Complimentary setup and tear down.

  • Additional dedicated chairs for ceremony only.

• Dressing rooms for brides, grooms and their attendants.

• Patios:

  • One on Wedding Barn’s northside with the view of Grass Lake.

  • Additional patio on Lake Elsie shoreline with a fireplace and outdoor kitchen. This is an ideal place for a groom’s dinner.

• A wedding arch is available for ceremony.

• Ample free parking.

• Outside designated smoking area.

• Onsite lodging available for guests.

  • Complimentary suite for wedding couple on their wedding night, non-transferable.

• Indoor women’s and men’s restrooms, ADA compliant.

• Sunday morning gift opening at the venue.
